We at Peraso Inc. (Peraso) are committed to the highest standards of business conduct in our relationships with each other and with our customers, suppliers, stockholders and others. This requires that we conduct our business in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the highest standards of business ethics. Peraso is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and trust throughout all levels of the organization and between it and all of its employees, members of the Board of Directors and stockholders. Our Board of Directors has adopted corporate governance guidelines and a code of conduct and business ethics to further its longstanding goal of providing effective governance of its business for the long–term benefit of its stockholders. In addition, our Board of Directors maintains an Audit Committee and Compensation Committee, and these committees have specific governance responsibilities, as set forth in each committee's respective charter.

We utilize a whistleblower reporting web site (the “Whistleblower Site”) where an individual may report any suspected illegal or unethical behavior or other violations of the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics directly to the Audit Committee.
